Ready to rent a property? Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Find a property that suits
View our available rentals. Please contact us to schedule a time to visit and inspect the property before applying! Thanks.
You need to either view the property in person or at the very least see the property via video online. If required our Property Managers where practical can provide an online walk through of the property via Facebook.
Confirming you want to proceed without completing a viewing either in person or online is against our policy – it is really important to us that you are 100% sure that the property you are applying for meets your needs.
Don’t see a property that fits your needs? Contact us and we will help you find one.
Step 2: Complete the Application
To ensure your application is processed in the fastest time possible and give you the best chance of being successful please apply via our Online process. This process is straight forward and ensures all the required detail for the Application and Tenancy Agreement is collected at one time.
Once you are viewing details of a specific property in the “Homes For Rent” section you will see an “Apply Now” button to click on. This will links you through to an Application form to complete.
For fast application processing make sure you fill out all the questions – it should take you around 15 minutes. ID is required and will need to be attached to your application. This can be either scanned or a photo from your phone. The application form details the specific items required.
To complete your application simply click on the Submit button. You will receive a confirmation e-mail back that your application has been received.
Step 3 : Pay a Deposit and Sign Forms
Once your application has been approved you will need to pay your holding deposit. You will also need to come into the office and sign the holding deposit declaration. It is best you do ensure again you are 100% sure before proceeding further – the reason for this is that the holding deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Step 4 : Review the Current Tenant FAQ Sheet
Have a look at our Tenant FAQ page as it may answer a few questions you have.
Step 5 : Move in
Your Property Manager will arrange a time for you to sign your lease. You will need to make a payment of 4 weeks’ rent as bond prior to your property manager being able to release the keys from the office. You will also need to sign your tenancy agreement and bond lodgement form (so we can lodge your bond with The Department of Building and Housing).
If you have any questions at any point (no matter how silly they may sound) just ask us for help – it is what we are here for!
