Application Processing
Every application is thoroughly checked including previous rental history and credit databases. In addition to the standard Credit Check we also run a background check on applicants. This searches against ten years of Tenancy Tribunal orders, NZ Courts, Sensible sentencing trust, Media reports, Police and many more. This ensures you give yourself the best possible chance to get the right tenant into your property.

Lease Negotiation & Documentation
We negotiate tenancy terms (by instruction) and arrange all the required lease documentation on your behalf and collect four weeks’ bond the maximum allowed under current legislation
Detailed Condition Reporting
At the beginning of a tenancy a property inventory is prepared to ensure a comparable reference is available at the end of the tenancy (Asset Protection)
Tenancy Management
